If I have to compare the city of Coimbatore to a south Indian dish,
I will very well compare it to Ugadipachadi, where the 6 tastes merge. It’s a place where multicultural traditions and heterogeneous people co-exist. People from Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra, the north, and even foreigners living in the city. It has become a salad bowl everyone merged yet retaining their true flavours.
